Elena Avilova is an experienced SAP Senior ABAP Developer and SAP Change Coordinator, currently contributing to the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) since January 2012. Elena supports and enhances the SAP implementations across platforms including SAP ECC, SAP CRM, and SAP Netweaver Portal, with a focus on SAP Solution Manager for support and change request management. Previous roles include serving as a SAP Business Technology Consultant at GET Information Technology GmbH, where development of additional functionalities and EDI processes occurred, as well as positions at Siemens and OCRV, which involved intensive ABAP development in MM/SD modules and optimization of SAP R3 program algorithms. Elena holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics from Voronezh State University, completed in 2004.
