Lasha Antadze has been working in the tech industry since 2015. In that year, they were Project Lead at Gotovo - Kiev Regional Administration. Lasha then became Solutions Architect at Auction 3.0 (Government Reform) in 2015, where they worked on the world's first decentralized (Blockchain) auctioning system for state property privatization and lease. In 2018, they founded Shelf.Network, a network facilitating cross-border vehicle arbitraging by auctioning the exact car synchronized across online marketplaces and dealer systems. In 2020, they became an Angel Investor - Advisor at PAYZE, and in 2021 they became Co-Founder of Rarify, a company on a mission to fuel the development of digital assets by providing and simplifying access to the ownership economy.
Lasha Antadze began their educational journey in 2004 when they graduated from American Academy Tbilisi with a High School Diploma. They then attended Richmond, The American International University in London from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, Lasha attended Regent's University London and earned a Bachelor's Degree.
