Ayesha Burnett currently serves as a Manager at Rare Recruitment, a position held since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Allen & Overy from October 2022 to February 2024, and Diversity & CSR Manager at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP from October 2021 to October 2022. Ayesha also worked at Rare Recruitment from December 2017 to October 2021 in various capacities, including Senior Associate and Digital Account Associate. A secondment as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant took place at Slaughter and May in June and July 2021. Prior to this, experience as a Global Banking and Brokerage Consultant at FactSet involved managing a range of global clients, including UBS, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank. Ayesha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from City University of Hong Kong, along with secondary education from Bolton School Girls Division.
