Sushma Balachandran is a Human Resources professional with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Associations Institute of Management, completed in 2021. Sushma currently serves as a Human Resources Executive at RARE Hospitality & Service Pvt Ltd since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sushma worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Conviction HR Pvt Ltd from October 2022 to November 2023 and held the position of Human Resources Executive at Insomniacs from October 2021 to August 2022. Sushma also briefly worked in talent acquisition at The Sparks Foundation in February and March 2021.
