Han C. Phan, MD, is a prominent medical professional with extensive experience in pediatric neurology and research. Currently serving as the Principal Investigator and Head of Research at Rare Disease Research since June 2017, Han also holds the position of Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neurology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since July 2018. In addition, Han contributes to the Pediatric Advisory Committee for the FDA and serves as a Clinical Consultant and Guest Researcher for the CDC. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Emory University School of Medicine and Child Neurologist at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
