Tim Braseth has worked in a variety of roles since 1984, beginning with their service in the United States Marine Corps, Air Force, and Army as a Sr. Enlisted. In 1996, they joined the Idaho Department of Correction as a Training Specialist. In 2008, they moved to the Idaho State Police as a Training Specialist and Academy Coordinator. From 2016 to 2019, they worked for Go Wireless - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer as a Training & Development Coordinator. Most recently, they have been employed as a Solutions Engineer at Raptor Technologies, LLC since 2021.

Tim Braseth obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Arizona State University between 1990 and 1994. Tim also completed a Certificate Program in Management and Leadership from Boise State University and General Coursework from Coastal Carolina Community College.
