Prabhu Tamilarasan has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2006. Prabhu began their career as a Systems Integrator for Marathon Petroleum Company in 2006, where they implemented a web application to track pollution control exemptions using ASP, resulting in a cost savings of $85,082/year. From 2007 to 2011, Prabhu worked at omNovia Technologies as a Lead Developer/Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. During this time, they developed a new innovative system combining several core technologies to permit desktop application sharing through 99% of firewalls at near real-time speed, improved the performance of a product by 200 times through development of MySQL stored procedures and functions, maintained a VB. NET 1.1 application, and collaborated with clients to identify requirements and deliver solutions. From 2011 to 2019, Prabhu worked at Alert Logic as a Director, Engineering, Senior Manager, Engineering, Development Manager, and Sr Web Developer. In 2021, they began working at Raptor Technologies, LLC as a Senior Software Developer.

Prabhu Tamilarasan received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University between 2003 and 2006. Prabhu also attended Hope College, but no degree or field of study was mentioned.
