Platinum Performance Analyst at Raptive

Sam Reynolds has had a varied work experience, starting in 2012 as a customer service representative at Blockbuster. Following that, they worked as a guest service representative at Nothing Bundt Cakes. In 2014, they worked as an operations management intern at Avis Budget Group, where they developed an internal career website. After completing their internship, they worked as the Vice President of Development at APU Enactus United States, where they secured fundraising and grant money.

Sam then worked as the Director of Communications at Crossroads Church - Camarillo from January 2016 until November 2020, where they oversaw internal and social media marketing to promote special events and produced videos for weekly events. Following that, they worked as an Internal Content Coordinator at Guitar Center, where they designed presentation decks for company use and helped launch and/or maintain multiple communications channels.

In 2018, they worked as a graphic designer at Ratio Christi and played a key role in rebranding the company with new printed and digital material to ensure a strong, consistent brand. Finally, since September 2021, they have served as a Performance Analyst at Raptive, where they support Platinum Performance Analysts and ensures that the program is running optimally.

Sam Reynolds attended Moorpark College from 2010 to 2012. Sam then received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Azusa Pacific University from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they attended the University of Oxford but did not receive a degree. Sam also obtained several certifications, including Learn CSS Course and Learn HTML Course from Codecademy in September 2021, Body Language for Authentic Leadership from LinkedIn in August 2021, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics in September 2021.
