Nikhil Aitharaju has had a diverse range of work experiences in the fields of software development, web development, and entrepreneurship spanning over a decade. Nikhil started their career as a Web Developer at Keck School of Medicine and then worked as a Software Developer Intern at NetApp. In 2012, they co-founded TINT and worked as the CTO for six years until the company was acquired by Filestack. During their time at TINT, they built an enterprise-level User Generated Content platform and scaled their services to handle millions of page views and terabytes of data. In 2019, they co-founded Topic and served as a Co-Founder until 2021. Currently, they are working at CafeMedia as the VP of Product Engineering.

Nikhil Aitharaju pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Osmania University from 2006 to 2010. Later, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2012.
