Rasleen Kaur began their work experience in 2010 as an Internee at Posterscope, India. In 2011, they joined Graphisads Pvt Ltd as a Management Trainee and stayed in that role until 2019. In June 2019, Rasleen joined RapportWW as a Group Head of Marketing.

Rasleen Kaur completed their education from 2008 to 2011 at JIMS, where they received a Graduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Rasleen later pursued further education from 2011 to 2013 at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
