Humberto Mejia Anaya has a diverse work experience in customer service and support roles. Humberto started their career in 2012 as an Export Assistant at TUMSA TRANSPORTISTAS URBANOS Y MAQUILADORAS DE LA CIUDAD DE CHIHUAHUA, S.A. DE C.V., where they managed and received classified documents and tracked shipment orders. In 2014, they joined Supercklin Tintorerias Ecologicas as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided information and assistance to customers through various communication channels.
In 2017, Humberto became a Sales Development Representative at FIDEICOMISO LAGO DE TEQUESQUITENGO, where they generated and prospected potential leads, conducted full sales cycles with B2C clients, and conducted field visits for sales closures. Humberto then moved on to Uber in 2019 as a Customer Support Specialist, where they offered support to Uber and Uber Eats partner drivers, provided training and guidance on the platform's best practices, and followed up on customer reports.

In this role, they developed strategies to reduce service failure tickets, monitored technicians' customer experiences, and addressed and resolved service-related issues. Humberto is currently working as a Customer Service Specialist at RappiCard México, starting in July 2022.
Humberto Mejia Anaya earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad Tecnológica Emiliano Zapata del Estado de Morelos. Humberto attended the institution from 2013 to 2017.
