Joe Callan is a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with experience in managing production lines and overseeing machinery operations. At American Science and Engineering, Inc., Joe has focused on engineering responsibilities since April 2021. Previously, at GRUPO ANTOLIN-WAYNE PRIMERA AUTOMOTIVE, LLC, Joe managed equipment for two production lines and implemented improvements to minimize defects. As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Grupo Antolin, Joe contributed to the launch of a new assembly line and worked on ergonomic enhancements. Earlier internships at Flex included programming tracking systems for project changes and leading a team in prototype circuit board development. Joe's career began as an Automotive Evaluator, where craftsmanship and engineering defects were analyzed. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Management from Miami University.
