Theowrine Griffin has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as an Associate Network Engineer at Traversa Solutions in 2016, where they updated old networking devices, uploaded vmware, and assisted clients using Traversa client services. In 2018, they worked as a Property Manager at Hodges Auto Center, where they utilized social media marketing and cold calling techniques for customer sales, found viable vehicles on the market for renovation and resale, and installed IP cameras. In 2020, they joined Omnitracs as a Network Operations Specialist, responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations of the network operations facility, performing daily checks of data center and RF/IF components, and coordinating conference bridges for troubleshooting. They were later promoted to Intelligent Automation Engineer-tier 1, monitoring system logs, troubleshooting platform application servers, and coordinating executive communications. In 2021, they started working at RapidSOS as a Network Operations Center Engineer.

Theowrine Griffin obtained a Certificate of Completion in IT, with a focus on CompTIA and Cisco, from the Binary Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2017. Prior to this, they attended Southern Methodist University from 2003 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English. In addition to their formal education, Theowrine Griffin also obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification in February 2020.
