Jaya Lakshmi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Jaya is currently working as the Lead - Talent Acquisition at RapidAI and Zinnov since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at GSK from April 2021 to May 2022. Jaya also served as the Head - Human Resource at ELGU India from September 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at VDX.tv from August 2016 to August 2020. Additionally, they have experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a Consultant at SpringRole Inc., and a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Accenture, Banglore. Jaya's early career includes a role as a Resource Executive at Porus Resources, Bangalore, where they handled IT recruitment for various clients.
