Eswar Rao K has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eswar Rao is currently working as a Quality Engineering Manager at RapidAI since November 2022. Prior to this, Eswar worked at GE Healthcare from 2017 to 2022, where they held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Lead - Medical Devices. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining software quality processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reviewing design control deliverables.

Before joining GE Healthcare, Eswar worked at Medtronic as a Sr.Design Quality Engineer - Medical Devices from 2015 to 2017. Eswar Rao 'sresponsibilities included ensuring adherence to design controls, developing risk management plans, and aiding in risk management documentation creation.

Eswar also has experience at General Electric Healthcare as a Senior System Specialist - Medical Devices from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they had knowledge of product quality, test processes, and certifications and standards applicable to medical device safety and risk management.

Prior to that, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at Honeywell Technologies Pvt Ltd from 2011 to 2012, where they gained expertise in power supply validation and verification, as well as analog/digital boards verification and validation.

Eswar began their career as a Validation Engineer at Schneider Electric Conzerv Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2011, where they focused on electronic hardware validation, including component specifications and approvals, module testing, and RoHS compliance.

Eswar Rao K completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pallavan College, Anna University, Chennai. Eswar Rao attended this college from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, Eswar Rao K obtained their high school education at Rayalaseema High School. Apart from their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters in August 2019.
