Avi Ashkenazi has a strong background in customer success management and technical expertise. Avi started their career at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries in 2010, where they worked as an IT expertise system administrator, responsible for maintaining and managing the organization's information systems and providing first-tier service for hardware malfunctions.
In 2012, Avi joined Optimum Group as a Product Manager and Application & QA Engineer. In their role, they designed and implemented two major projects simultaneously, including a learning platform based on Android OS and Moodle LMS. Avi established a QA team and developed detailed quality center documentation, as well as planned unit, integration, and regression test scenarios.
In 2017, Avi joined Minerva Labs, which was later acquired by Rapid7. Avi served as a Customer Success Manager, providing support and ensuring client satisfaction. In their most recent position at Rapid7, starting in 2023, Avi holds the role of Principal Customer Success Manager.
