Ryan Carlin has worked in various engineering roles since 2004. Ryan began as a Turret Technician with the United States Marine Corps in 2004. Ryan then worked as a Technician with FANUC Robotics in 2011 and Defiance Testing and Engineering in 2010. In 2013, they took on the role of Field Service Controls Engineer at Hirata Corporation of America. Ryan then worked as a Service Engineer at FANUC America Corporation from 2015-2018. Ryan is currently a Field Engineer at Attabotics Inc. since 2018, and will soon be a Field Application Engineer at Rapid Robotics, Inc. starting in 2022.

Ryan Carlin attended Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Ryan then attended ITT Technical Institute-Troy from 2010 to 2012, where they also earned an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
