Svetlana Fialkovska has a diverse work experience in graphic and web design. Svetlana started their career as a Graphic Designer at Hotel Khrechatyk in March 2015 and then worked as a Graphic Designer at Advertising agency Phoenix from August 2015 to May 2016. Svetlana later worked as a Freelance UI/UX Designer from 2018 to 2019. In 2016, they joined TG Pro as a Graphic Web Designer, where they were responsible for graphic design and 3D visualizations for various projects. Svetlana worked there until October 2022. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Junior Web Designer at Genesis. Currently, Svetlana is working as a UI/UX Designer at Launch Labs since November 2022.

Svetlana Fialkovska completed their education from 2010 to 2016 at the National Aviation University, where they obtained a Specialist Degree in the Faculty of Interior Design. Svetlana has also obtained several additional certifications, including "Основы верстки сайта" from Нетология in November 2021, "Mobile Apps Design" from Projector Institute in May 2021, and "UI/UX design" from Spalah IT-School in 2018.
