Serge Ohresser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and business development within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Rapid Micro Biosystems since March 2017, Serge focuses on facilitating customer transitions to routine use in GMP and managing consumables sales in Europe and Asia. Prior to this role, Serge held various positions at Merck Millipore, including International Business Development Manager for Cell Culture Media & Bioreactors and European Technical Service Manager, overseeing significant projects and teams across multiple regions. Serge's career began at Roche Pharmaceuticals as a post-doc in pharmacology and molecular biology. Serge holds a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Université Louis Pasteur and a BTS in Biological Analysis from Lycée Jean Rostand.
