Mars Bai is an accomplished executive specializing in AI and automation, currently serving as the Chief AI Operations Officer at Rapid Global Growth since November 2024. Previously, Mars worked as an AI/Automation Consultant, collaborating with clients to enhance operational processes and develop automation roadmaps. As Director of Operations & Sales at Laiye, Mars managed operations across multiple regions and focused on AI-powered business process automation. Mars has also held leadership roles at Leslie® and AXELOS Global Best Practice, where expertise in operations, revenue management, and legal affairs was showcased. Mars co-founded the SaaS platform e-lucid and began an entrepreneurial journey with Exun Mobile Communications.
