Cathleen Leichtnam has extensive experience in patient services and member engagement within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Patient Services Coordinator/Receptionist at Rapid City Medical Center, LLP since December 2022, Cathleen previously held positions as a Member Services Specialist at Signify Health and Advance Health, where responsibilities included handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to member inquiries, and scheduling wellness assessments while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Cathleen's earlier experience includes roles as a Medication Aide at Good Samaritan Society-Echo Ridge and a Computer Service Representative at Advanced Services Inc. Cathleen holds an Associate's degree in Healthcare Coding from National American University and has completed coursework in an LPN Nursing Program.
