Steve Barker is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in system implementation and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Implementation Lead at Rapid POS since November 2012, Steve focuses on the deployment and configuration of NCR Counterpoint Retail Software solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Information Technology at W&W Wholesale, overseeing IT and e-commerce operations, and as a Systems Engineer at Epicor Software Corporation, where integration and support of retail systems were key responsibilities. Earlier career roles include Field Engineer at Cellular Technical Services and Field Service Engineer at Geac Computers, highlighting proficiency in integration and support of technology infrastructure. Steve holds an AAS in Microprocessor Technology from Spokane Technical Institute and graduated salutatorian from Jenkins High School in Chewelah, WA.
