Natalie Egan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and program management. Currently serving as the Technology Programme Manager at Rapha since February 2022, Natalie actively drives agile transformation within the Technology department, focusing on improving delivery capabilities and aligning business systems. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a Delivery Manager at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, overseeing a three-year content transformation program. Natalie's earlier career includes significant contributions as Group Programme Manager and Group Production Manager at GL Education, where initiatives like the implementation of a Programme Management Office and the management of production teams were key responsibilities. Additionally, Natalie gained foundational experience as a Production Controller at Lexis Nexis UK.
