Kelly Parker is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Rapha since January 2021. Previously, Kelly held the position of Senior People and Culture Manager for the EU, UK, and APAC regions at Rapha. Prior roles include HR Manager at Maggie & Rose Ltd, where Kelly contributed to a global family lifestyle brand, and People Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Kelly also served as HR Advisor for Europe at Hard Rock International, encompassing a vast network of venues worldwide, and began as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Hard Rock Cafe London. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University, alongside achieving a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management from Acacia Learning.
