Max Gurassa has gained diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked briefly as a Summer Associate at L.E.K. Consulting. In 2017, they served as a Sailing Instructor at WILDWIND HOLIDAYS LIMITED. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Tutor at Tutorfair. In 2019, they briefly served as a Product Marketing Manager at BattleMe, Inc. In 2020, they joined Rap Tech Studios Ltd as the Head of Growth and later became the Chief Commercial Officer in 2021. Throughout their career, Max has demonstrated skills in marketing, leadership, and business development.

Max Gurassa attended the University of Oxford from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and English.
