Maria Moledo, EIT, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maria started their career as an Office Manager at Crater Lake Group, Inc., where they conducted research on wind turbines and assisted with a database implementation project. Maria then worked at Infotech Aerospace Services, Inc. as a Structural Analyst & Quality Pilot, where they analyzed finite element models of parts and automated tasks using the APDL language for ANSYS.

Maria then joined Pratt & Whitney as a Senior Project Engineer, where they supported the F135 Program Project team in component improvement and cost reduction engineering changes. Maria created scope, schedule, and cost baselines, resulting in significant savings for the company, customer, and suppliers.

Afterwards, Maria moved on to Honeywell Aerospace USA as a Project Engineer II, where they gathered requirements from customer documents and organized them into a Requirements database.

Maria also created their own venture called THE UNCOMPANY, where they worked as a Remote Technical & Business Management Engineer. Maria provided project management support, including scheduling, team communication, and AI/EV tracking. Maria also worked with 2D/3D CAD drawings and models.

Currently, Maria is employed at RankPay. Maria initially served as a Project Manager, supporting the Account and Content Directors by documenting and tracking deliverables, organizing client meetings, and requesting client approvals. Maria also did final edits prior to publishing. Maria was then promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager, where they documented standard processes and implemented them with the team. Maria continued to support the Account and Content Directors by documenting and tracking deliverables, assisting with client meetings, and documenting actions.

Throughout their work experience, Maria has demonstrated strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with teams.

Maria Moledo attended the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. In June 2021, Maria obtained the Engineer in Training certification from the NCEES.
