Orlando Maciel has a diverse work experience in the fields of remuneration, personnel management, and digital product development. Orlando started working at SKF do Brasil in 2010 as an Analyst of Remuneration, where they were responsible for administering and maintaining the salary structure and variable compensation programs. In 2014, they joined digio as an Analyst of Remuneration, where they developed and implemented the remuneration and career plan, conducted job evaluations, and analyzed market trends. In 2015, they became a Partner and Owner of a Digital Product at Shape Magro, where they were in charge of planning, organizing, and controlling various aspects of the company, including financial resources, administration, and digital strategy. Currently, since 2020, they are working at RankMyApp, where they started as a Supervisor of Remuneration and Personnel Department. In this role, they were involved in various aspects of compensation management, such as job descriptions, salary structures, long-term incentive programs, performance evaluations, and team management. From March 2022, they have held the position of Coordinator of Compensation, Benefits, Personnel Department, People Analytics, Facilities, and Legal at RankMyApp.
Orlando Maciel attended Faculdade Padre Anchieta from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration. Their field of study was focused on Business Administration.
