Quentin Kozma has extensive experience in operations and management within the gaming industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Casino Manager at The Rank Group plc since July 2021. Prior roles at The Rank Group included Omnichannel Development Manager, Casino Operations Manager, and Customer Services Manager, where responsibilities involved developing omnichannel operations, delivering customer satisfaction, and managing large budgets for promotions and customer rewards. Prior to these positions, Quentin operated as a self-employed photographer, graphic designer, and videographer from March 2008 to June 2009, most notably serving as the official tour photographer for The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour. Quentin began career at The Rank Group in September 1999 as part of the opening team for Walsall, progressing through various roles, including Casino Manager and Gaming Supervisor.
