Allison Walker has extensive experience in fan engagement and customer support, currently serving as the Fan Engagement Coordinator and previously as the Fan Engagement Executive at Rangers Football Club since May 2021. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Helpline Agent at Independent Age from October 2019 to May 2021 and as a Technical Support Specialist at Hive | Centrica Hive Limited from September 2016 to October 2019. Earlier in 2016, Allison held the position of Inbound Sales Representative at Three. Allison holds a Diploma of Education in Registered Nursing from Glasgow Caledonian University, earned between 2006 and 2012.
