Andrew Weiss has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they co-created a custom pair of Jordan VIII sneakers that gained media attention. Andrew partnered with fellow professionals and implemented a successful PR and content strategy for the product. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Carrot - The VICE Digital Agency as the Head of Social Engagement, leading a team of nine and focusing on community management, influencer marketing, and content strategy. In 2018, they became the Group Planning Director at mcgarrybowen, where they facilitated a strategic digital and social operations overhaul and drove social and digital leadership within the company. Andrew later joined Lime as a Freelance Head of Social Strategy, where they created a decentralized global social strategy for scooter riders in over 110 markets. In 2019, they worked as the Director of Social at Capsule and then freelanced at When We All Vote, focusing on digital, social, and talent. In 2020, they had roles at Some Good News as a Creative Strategist and Episode Developer, Mirimar Creative Group as a Strategist, Range Media Partners as a VP of Insights and Data, and FootPrint Coalition as a contract worker in Digital and Social.
Andrew Weiss received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
