Laura Mocko has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Laura was the Human Resources Manager at RT Communications from February 2003 to May 2020. In this role, they directed all HR/personnel activities, including recruiting and hiring, developing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing compensation and benefits, and maintaining personnel records. Laura was also an active member of the corporate benefit committee. Since May 2020, Laura Mocko has been the Director of Human Resources at Range.

Laura Mocko attended Black Hills State University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
