Ronald Kliphuis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Randstad since May 2018, Ronald is responsible for aligning the company's reward package with its values and market competitiveness. Prior to this, Ronald was the Group Rewards Manager at SBM Offshore, focusing on the growth of the global reward community and strategy development. Ronald's earlier roles include HR Manager for Lelystad Airport within the Schiphol Group, where key contributions included developing a high-performance organization and managing HR operations. With a solid foundation in consultancy gained at Towers Perrin, Ronald also holds multiple degrees in Law and Economics from Utrecht University, as well as specialized executive training from institutions such as INSEAD and Nyenrode Business University.
