John Dearing III has extensive experience in recruitment and people strategy, currently serving as the RCD Director of People Strategy & Development at Randstad USA since June 2015. In addition to this role, John has been the Director of Randstad Central Delivery at Randstad Technologies US since November 2018, where a new ITM model was developed to train a diverse team of virtual recruiters and account managers, achieving a goal of 100% fulfillment for a major client.
