Andreia Silveira is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Recruitment Team Leader at Randstad since November 2019. Prior to this role, Andreia worked as an HR consultant specializing in talent management and outsourcing at Randstad Portugal from March 2018 to November 2019. Earlier career experiences include recruitment and selection at REDITUS SA, telemarketing at NOS SGPS, and various roles in market research and banking. Andreia holds a Master's degree in Ciências do Trabalho e Relações Laborais and a Licentiate degree in Sociology, both from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
