Tania de Decker serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Randstad Enterprise Solutions, leading the development of corporate and customer strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at Randstad, including Senior Vice President, Global Director for Life Sciences, Managing Director for Global Strategic Accounts, and Senior Director for International Accounts, Tania has successfully managed sales, account management, and complex contract negotiations on an international scale. Tania began their career at Randstad in Belgium, progressing from Branch Manager to Regional Manager before holding senior leadership positions. Tania also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Forest Trading and holds executive and master's degrees in Human Resources Management and African Culture, Art, and History from Vlerick Business School and Ghent University, respectively.
