Michael Smith has extensive experience in leadership roles within the recruitment industry, currently serving as Chief Executive at Randstad Enterprise since February 2018, and previously as Chief Executive Officer of Randstad Sourceright and Managing Director for Randstad Sourceright EMEA & CEO of Randstad UK/I. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Managing Director for South/South East Asia at Randstad Singapore from December 2012 to January 2018. Michael's career at Randstad began in 2005, progressing through various positions including General Manager for NSW/QLD, Regional Manager, and Recruitment Consultant. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Macquarie University, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and completed HSC at St Dominics College from 1996 to 2002.
