Charmagne M. Shearrill, MBA, serves as a Senior Career Coach at Randstad Enterprise, providing 1:1 coaching for clients experiencing career transitions due to corporate redundancy and performance-related terminations since November 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the California Institute of the Arts, where oversight extended to human resources functions and employee relations for a community of 1,400 students and 700 faculty and staff. Additionally, Charmagne Shearrill worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Redlands, instructing human resources courses, and as a Compliance Officer at Los Angeles Valley College, managing compliance issues and advising stakeholders.
