Bonnie Mohan has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership development. Bonnie started their career as an Office Administrator at HR Partners Digby Morgan in 2010 and later worked as an HR Officer at Clough, where they gained a strong understanding of the oil and gas sector. Bonnie then joined Collection House Group as an HR Business Partner, where they transformed the HR department into a proactive support function. Bonnie also worked at Drivr HQ, a start-up digital technology solution for the transport industry, where they were responsible for all HR and recruitment processes and successfully managed the challenges of international team cohesion. Bonnie served as a Consulting HR Manager at JJPC- Project Risk Management and Independent Review Services, providing HR expertise. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Happy Humans Consulting, where they focus on innovative HR and leadership development for individuals, teams, and businesses throughout Australia. In 2017, Bonnie joined RiseSmart Australia as a Coach Community Lead and Career Coach.
Bonnie Mohan has a diverse education history. Bonnie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resource Management) from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 2011. Bonnie then pursued a degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology) from the same university, which they completed in 2011. In 2014, Bonnie Mohan enrolled in QUT again and completed a Master of Business- Advanced degree with a focus on Human Resource Management in 2016. In 2017, they attended TasTAFE and studied Manage Rehabilitation or Return to Work Programs in the field of Workers Compensation. In addition to their formal education, Bonnie Mohan has obtained numerous certifications in a variety of fields, including Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) Accredited Consultant, Mental Health First Aid accredited, and DISC Advanced Accredited Consultant.
