Luke McDonough has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the recruitment and technology industry. Luke started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Sapphire, where they were responsible for sourcing and closing potential IT candidates. Luke then worked as an Account Executive at Randstad Digital US, where they established and fostered relationships with clients in various industries. Luke later progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Managing Director, Regional Recruiting Director, and Vice President of Recruiting - West Region. Most recently, Luke served as the Senior Vice President of Recruiting, West Region, and is currently the Senior Vice President, Productivity & Performance at Randstad Digital US. In addition to their work in recruitment, Luke also has experience as a Co-founder and Partner at Yolo Bargainer.

Luke McDonough attended the University of California, Davis and studied Business/Managerial Economics. Luke also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Sociology from the same institution.
