Andrew Speer has extensive work experience in the technology and staffing industry. Andrew currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Randstad Digital US, where they are responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the solutions business. Andrew also has leadership responsibility over the National Account Teams. Prior to this role, Andrew served as the Vice President of Delivery for Technisource.

Before joining Randstad, Andrew held a variety of roles at Alternative Resources Corporation, including Executive Vice President, Recruiting & National Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the overall recruiting and operational strategy for the business. Throughout their time at the company, Andrew also held positions such as Resource Manager, Recruiter, Account Executive, Branch Manager, and Regional Vice President.

Andrew Speer attended Sonoma State University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business. In 2019 and 2020, they participated in the Transformational Leadership Program at London Business School.
