Roisin Speers has a diverse work experience history. Roisin is currently employed as a Business Development Executive at Randox, focusing on Food Diagnostics and Toxicology technology. In this role, Roisin manages current customers and handles the ordering, scheduling, and delivery of products and services.

Previously, Roisin worked as the Assistant Manager of the Accessioning Department at Randox. Roisin'sresponsibilities included managing a large staff in a 24-hour Covid-19 lab, conducting staff appraisals, handling administration and scheduling duties, and contributing to work instructions and operational procedures. Roisin was also involved in machine maintenance and validations and prepared for audits to improve the company's accreditation.

Before their role at Randox, Roisin was a Crew Member at McDonald's from 2018 to 2020. Roisin also worked as a Campaign Manager at Mindless Mag for six months in 2020. Earlier in their career, Roisin served as a Sales Assistant at McColl's Retail Group in 2016 and as a Counter Manager at Silver Sea from 2013 to 2016.

Roisin Speers attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2017 to 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Management.
