Claire Doherty has worked as a Research and Development Scientist at Randox since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a COVID-19 PCR Analyst at Randox from July 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Randox, Claire worked as a Bartender at Club Liberty's from June 2018 to July 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Food Service Worker at Simpson's Supermarket from August 2018 to July 2019.

Claire Doherty pursued their education at Carndonagh Community School from 2012 to 2017, where they completed their Leaving Certificate. Claire then went on to attend Atlantic Technological University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Bioanalytical Science. In addition to their academic qualifications, Claire also obtained a Full Driving License from the National Driver Licence Service (NDLS) in May 2018.
