Zeb Holden, AICP, CZO, currently serves as County Manager for Randolph County, NC, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Zeb was a member of the Board of Trustees at Randolph Community College from December 2021 to May 2024 and served as City Manager, Interim City Manager, and Planning Director for the City of Archdale from August 2006 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing the Planning/Zoning/Stormwater department. Earlier in the career, Zeb worked as a Zoning Enforcement Officer and Assistant Front Office Manager at Grandover Resort from June 2003 to August 2006. Zeb holds a Master of Arts in Geography and Urban Planning from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Elon University.
