Louis Mingo is an experienced program manager currently employed at R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Louis served in the United States Air Force from May 2017 to October 2022 as Deputy for Future ISR Capabilities and held the position of Chief for Airborne ISR PM at HQ USCG from May 2015 to October 2022. Louis's earlier career includes a tenure at the United States Air Force from June 2004 to May 2015, where the role was Deputy Chief for PED and ISR Applications. Academic qualifications include studies at The University of New Mexico from 1983 to 1988 and attendance at Central Michigan University.
