Shirley W. has substantial experience in procurement and sourcing, currently serving as an Asian Buyer at Rand Technology since September 2014. In this role, Shirley is responsible for sourcing integrated circuits, multi-layer ceramic capacitors, and various computer products including storage parts. Prior to this position, Shirley worked as a Merchandiser at Tung Fung International (Hong Kong) Limited, specializing in sourcing new materials and negotiating orders from September 2010 to September 2014.
