Mihlali Sisusa is an experienced rewards professional currently serving as a Reward Administrator at Rand Mutual since March 2023. Prior roles include serving as a Solutions Analyst in the Rewards department at Absa Group, and as a Group Employee Benefits Administrator at Old Mutual Limited. Mihlali began the career journey as a Trainee Reward Consultant at Old Mutual South Africa and gained early experience as a Reward Intern with the South African Reward Association. Additionally, Mihlali contributed to social initiatives as a Distributor with WayOut Non-Profit Organisation, facilitating the delivery of sanitary pads to schools and raising community awareness. Education includes an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Nelson Mandela University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Fort Hare.
