John Fleitz is a seasoned executive in business development with extensive experience across various sectors, including defense and countermeasures. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Rand Machine Products since August 2022, previous roles include Senior Director of Business Development at Day & Zimmermann Munitions Group, and Vice President of International Sales at PepperBall, a company known for its less-lethal weapon solutions. Fleitz has held leadership positions at JJF Global Business Solutions and Chemring Group PLC, where John contributed significantly to advanced defense technologies. Beginning a career in the public sector as District Director for the U.S. House of Representatives, Fleitz holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from the University of Delaware and attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
