Joel Hatcher is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in desktop support, network management, and engineering. Currently serving as a Desktop Support specialist at RAND Graphics since October 2020, Joel provides first-level support for desktops and printers and assists with network and server operations. As the Head of Information Technology at Bethel Baptist Church since December 2003, Joel manages the church's IT infrastructure, including network and server maintenance. Previous roles include Research Engineer at Ennovar, Engineering Technician at NetApp, and various contract positions focused on product testing and support within the tech industry. Joel's dedication to technology is complemented by self-education and a high school diploma from Eureka High School, class of 2000.
