Laura E. Billiter has extensive experience in English language instruction and translation, serving as an ESL Instructor at Rancho Santiago Community College District since February 1997 and at North Orange County Community College District since April 2015. Laura focuses on teaching all aspects of English language learning, including reading, writing, grammar, and American culture, while also implementing various educational frameworks. In addition to instructional roles, Laura has worked as an English/Spanish Interpreter and Translator for federally funded programs and has provided translation services for employee handbooks and safety manuals. Previous experience includes serving as an Educational Consultant for National Geographic Learning and training in corporate settings. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from UC Irvine and an Associate of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Autonoma Agraria Antonio Narro.
