Charles Oyas has a diverse background in education and counseling, currently serving as a Counselor at Newport Mesa Unified School District since August 2020 and as an Assistant Professor/Counselor at Rancho Santiago Community College District since September 2015. Previous roles include Primary Case Manager at Benchmark Transitions in 2015-2016, Counselor at Behavioral Health Services, Inc. in early 2015, and various counseling positions within the San Bernardino City Unified School District from 2008 to 2013. Charles Oyas holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Redlands, a Certificate in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from San Bernardino Valley College, a PPS credential in School Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Menlo College.
